Location proved very convenient. I found it easy to locate within the airport. The shower facilities were great. I liked that the food options were halal.

i slept for six hours. afterwards, i showered and enjoyed the lounge area. eating and chilling.). i initially worried about fitting everything into just six hours.
the telephone charging ports in my room weren't working. i also couldn't adjust the air conditioning and no extra blankets were available.

kind personhelpful staffconvenient location
the staff, especially steven at reception, were kind and helpful. i felt genuinely welcomed (which is always a plus!). the accommodation was clean and very well kept. the location is convenient, right inside the terminal.
the ambient music was a bit loud, particularly late at night. it could be softer for those trying to rest.

my nap room had a comfortable bed, a small table, and a chair. fresh towels and basic toiletries were provided. the room dimensions were approximately 2 meters by 3 meters was nice but adequate for a short rest.

i found the staff very accommodating and helpful . i booked a nap room and it was clean with good facilities. the check-in agent was efficient (really!), and i appreciated the quick process. i could rest well before my next flight.
the nap room had panels not reaching the ceiling, so i could hear noises.
