The hotel's service was quite slow. It often took a long time to receive drinks or meals. I waited at least 30 minutes at lunch venues, and a simple water order could take 15 minutes. This slow service felt tedious. The staff seemed overwhelmed, especially with all-inclusive guests. the room furniture was old. The worn-out state detracted from the overall experience.
