The staff welcomed me warmly! Airport pick-up went smoothly. The bar staff was very funny. Housekeepers left kind notes and created towel art. The breakfast buffet offered diverse options, and the staff was very attentive. The resort also features a spa! I enjoyed several calming couples massages.
The balcony door in my room had a noticeable gap, so noise from outside was audible.

The hotel is in a good spot, with restaurants and bars a short walk away. The beach is also easily accessible. A golf buggy provides rides. Next door, there is a mini mart and a money exchange.

My room included a balcony, that overlooked the pool bar area. The staff provided towel animals on the bed each day, a lovely touch. The breakfast area near the pool was amazing and the food was delicious.
The balcony doors did have sizable gap in them. I was surprised at the noise in my room because of this. This resort does seem quite dated overall.

The pool features artificial sand. i noticed the sun beds are well designed. the gym provides excellent equipment including a weights rack. I also saw a multipurpose cable system.

I appreciated the attentive staff. They were always helpful. My room was clean, and the amenities were well kept. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options.. I especially liked the egg station. The hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to nearby locations.
The gym equipment seemed quite dated. Some machines required maintenance.

adequate stay, some issues persists
door gapoverpriced condition
the doors had a gap, i guess i can hear everything. the noise it get was pretty big, specially with all them mopeds. the room looks aged to, i feel its kept together by the staff only. plus, i think is a bit overpriced because of its condition, i mean you can find newer hotels around there.
