the location worked great for me. i went to raffles and the huge raffles city shopping centre. housekeeping staff were also friendly. ALL IN all, it was a fine experience.
amenities were meagre in my executive room. there was no milk and no mini bar. body wash was out and it was not replaced despite my request.

the location is convenient. a short walk takes you to the train network. the rooms were modern and very clean. complimentary bottled water was supplied each day. many food options were available near the hotel.
the adjoining rooms aren't adequately soundproofed. i could hear noises from the next room. this slightly impacted my rest.

Excellent Hotel near Raffles City

The location is close to Raffles City which is a large shopping mall. It has supermarkets, pharmacies, and TWG. The City Hall MRT station connects directly to Raffles City, providing convenient access to transportation. The hotel provided excellent service, including careful housekeeping and luggage storage before and after checkout.
The shower water pressure was weak, disappointing.

This hotel has a superb location close to many necessities. Raffles is very close to this hotel. Suntec City is only a short walk away. The MRT station is easily accessible.

The hotel offers dark curtains to ensure good sleep and quiet rooms. I found a nice pool and massage services also. The gym contains sufficient equipment for a solid workout. I noticed treadmills and stationary bikes.
