Excellent Family Destination
lush groundsbreakfast selectioneasy accessuseful store
the grounds were lovely and lush with amenities perfect for families. the breakfast buffet offered a huge selection. the cable car and train to universal studios were easily accessible just outside the entrance. a convenience store at the station offered essentials.
the rooms might need refurbishment soon although they were very clean and functional. i found the constant humming noise from the hvac system above our room disturbing. the noise. staff did find us another room eventually.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of foods that included western, indian, and asian cuisines. a salad bar, a sushi bar, and an oyster bar were available. a catered kids' zone was also present.

the beautiful king room provided a spacious environment with beautiful views. the room included well-kept amenities and was well-stocked. there was also a balcony with furniture for relaxation and enjoyment of the scenery.

the location provided easy access to nearby attractions such as universal studios. the palawan centre was a short shuttle bus ride away. it included pools, slides, go-carts, and mini golf.

my children certainly enjoyed all the provided pool and hotel activities. the staff was always polite . breakfast options were vast with high quality food.
the hotel charged s$200 per night per room as security deposit, for potential damage to the room.

the staff was very attentive and caring, always ready to resolve issues. i found the manager jennifer to be the best, she ensured my family had a great experience.

our beautiful king room sea view was very clean and spacious, and was equipped with all the amenities we needed. the room decorations created a cute atmosphere.
