The thai food tasted very authentic and flavorful. every dish was beautifully presented. the restaurant staff was attentive. dim sum at dynasty restaurant tasted great. the staff were very attentive there too. They even added cheesecake to celebrate our anniversary. it was so nice.
My room was a bit outdated. the bathroom had a certain smell. I am not sure where it came from.

I found the Dynasty Restaurant offered a great atmosphere. The dim sum tasted delicious. The stuffing was notably good. Attentive staff members (P' Nan P' A, N. Kade) ensured drinks were refilled. They cleared dishes promptly and even added a cheesecake for our anniversary celebration (a very cute gesture!). I also appreciated the helpful front desk staff who answered all my questions.
The room showed signs of wear, and the soundproofing wasn't ideal. I could occasionally hear noise from the adjacent room, slightly disruptive.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. The laminated bed frame caused some discomfort to my feet. Soundproofing could be improved too, I could hear noise from the adjacent room. This was likely because of the close room layout.

i was offered an upgrade to a club room (if offered, definitely take it!). the reception and club lounge staff were helpful. i'm already looking forward to my next stay later this year.
the corridors were quite noisy late at night and early in the morning. many tour groups passed through, and people were often shouting. the noise level made it difficult to sleep soundly.
