the breakfast was amazing! there were so many choices available. the staff was very attentive to everyone, i noticed. i had a beautiful king room and it was quite spacious too!

The check-in process was slow. I waited almost an hour! nobody offered to help with my luggage. the food options near the pool were limited too. it was a bit frustrating.

The staff wasn't very friendly. They seemed cold. the price of services felt too high, especially for things like cola. it seemed like the extra cost didn't outweigh the convenience.

the rooms were spacious and very clean. daily cleaning service ensured the room remained well kept (which i appreciated). the location was convenient, being a short walk to the tube station.

The pool area was small. it looked crowded with just a few people present. the pool bar wasn't part of the happy hour deal. I found this disappointing.
