The staff at the reception were very hands-on and my check-in went smooth.
The furniture and fixings in the room seemed VERY dated. Painting them white did nothing to modernize it. The bed was old yet almost rock HARD.

the city hotel was lively. the upper floors offered amazing views. the rooms were comfortable and quite clean. the executive lounge staff were friendly (. they provided advice about local knowledge. the location made reaching everything easy.
i felt the hotel showed a little wear and tear.

the staff offered excellent service. the rooftop bar was beautiful with magnificent views. i also appreciated the super clean rooms. i definitely enjoyed the on-site burger restaurant. It operates 24 hours a day and the food was AMAZING!!!
i noticed my room had a huge crack. it bothered me quite a bit. there was no easy way to plug in my phone charger at the bedside without removing a lamp.

the hotel is well located for exploring.
The room felt dated. the air conditioning unit was noisy and made it difficult to sleep well. the pillows were also quite thick and uncomfortable. I couldn't find a comfortable position.
