Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

aiming air conditioning uncomfortable hallway

The air conditioning aimed right at the bed. That was not ideal. The children's playroom had almost nothing inside, so my kids were a bit disappointed. The hallways also lacked air conditioning, it was uncomfortably hot outside the room.

the first room lacked hot water, and staff wrongly claimed it was working. wi-fi connections were slow and unreliable. i had to use my own data. room service ended too early at 10:30 p.m.

The pool was HUGE with lots of lounges available. The view along the river was AMAZING as water taxis lit up at night.

The bath towels were VERY thin. I expected better towels for the price i paid. The internet availability was sporadic.
