The room included a washing and drying machine which was convenient! A fully equipped kitchen was in my room. I found a supermarket nearby and several places to eat.

The walk to the nearest train station isn't ideal, but there is a complimentary tuk-tuk service.

The pool was in the shade, it was rather chilly. Street noise was a constant companion. The room itself felt a bit small and the bed did not make me eager to sleep. I asked for coffee but they wanted payment for the capsules.

The hotel is near the train station, several shops, and various eateries. The location made getting around very easy. The room had useful amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. I found a laundry shop across the street very convenient. A farewell dinner was catered by the hotel restaurant. It was really good.

I found the beds quite firm, a thicker mattress pad might improve comfort.

Breakfast offers diverse options for a large group with sufficient variety. The hotel restaurant provided really good catering. There were many options available. The quality was quite excellent and suitable to different tastes and expectations.

Staff members were friendly and helpful, readily assisting with various requests promptly. Housekeeping provided excellent service consistently throughout my stay. I found them to be reliable. The reception staff was courteous, providing immediate support.

The room included a hairdryer, which I found quite useful for my needs. The presence of Japanese toilet was a very nice addition, and worked perfectly. USB plug sockets are available all over the room to charge multiple devices simultaneously.

The location was convenient for accessing public transportation, so I did like that.

I found the bathroom had a noticeable odor. The smell was quite bad. Some of the reception staff were unhelpful. I had to ask multiple times for basic assistance. When I asked to charge my power bank overnight, it created an issue when the wrong cable was taken and I was yelled at, unpleasant.

My room, a beautiful studio, felt so fresh and spacious. It was clean and modern. The skytrain station is near, and this made moving around the city easy. I really appreciated the daily cleaning service, as this always kept things tidy.
