my room, a superior balcony, was immaculate. housekeeping was thoughtful. i found the soundproofing excellent, even on a high floor, the city noises seemed far away.
the extra charge for additional bottled water felt a little excessive.

This hotel is very nice and the room is large. it were very clean. staffs at reception and breakfast is so nice and kind. i love the location, bts train is around the corner. Walking distance from hotel.

the staff seemed friendly and efficient enough, i suppose.
Oh, where to begin? first, the room had this good smell, like someone tried to cover up old gym socks with cheap air freshener. also, the 'japanese-style toilet' everyone raves about? it just sprayed water everywhere. It was less 'spa day' and more 'rogue fire hydrant'.

the staff was ALWAYS helpful and nice. i did appreciate that.
i've stayed at other properties and this visit was mostly positive. HOWEVER, the metropolis "noise" was disruptive for sleeping. rooms on the street side are unusually loud.
