friendly staffcomfortable bed
the staff was very friendly throughout the hotel. the skybar offered lovely views plus good cocktails and music. i found the beds and cushions very comfortable (a great plus after a long day). i especially liked the clean and fresh breakfast area with its diverse offerings.

The hotel felt aged it needs updates to match modern standards. The rooftop bar was smaller than expected it did not have the atmosphere I anticipated. I found the number of tourists casually dressed detracted from the rooftop experience.

The rooftop bar hype felt excessive. Its ambiance diverged from what I viewed online. Special lighting and music were not there. Drink lists felt very dull. Service needed work, I think.
