The check-in process felt slow. I expected a smoother experience at a hotel of this supposed caliber. additionally, the air conditioning in the "luxury double room" was not as effective. it struggled to cool the room adequately. the noise from nearby streets was noticeable despite double-paned windows.

The location was acceptable because it gives access to the train station.
The concierge desk seemed inefficient, and I felt they had communication issues. A request I made received an empty promise, and there was no follow up. The breakfast was too busy. I had to wait.

The location is AMAZING. It is just a short walk to the BTS station and Terminal 21 shopping mall. The hotel staff were always smiling and polite. Check-in was quick and the receptionist was very kind. I was upgraded to a suite due to my status and had a high floor view of the garden areas.

The customer service is perfect, with each employee providing level 10 service. The breakfast buffet has good quality food. The staff in Rossini restaurant provided smart and professional service, better than some Michelin restaurants.
