I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There were so many options and the food tasted fresh. The free river boat was very cool, I didn't need to book it. The bedroom and bathroom were really clean.
My room felt too small. The overall facilities did not feel like a five-star experience, I think it was closer to three stars. I overheard other guests were given a welcome drink, I was not. I felt overlooked.

i was charmed by the complimentary boat service. it allowed easy access to icon siam across the river. i really enjoyed the staff's kindness and attentiveness. they always greeted me with warm smiles every morning. the room had nice toiletries and a great hair dryer, which i found very useful.
the pool was very cold, to the point that it was hardly used. the temperature was uncomfortable, and it really detracted from the otherwise pleasant pool area.

The breakfast staff greeted me every morning with kindness and helpfulness, setting a positive tone for the day. a wide variety of dishes were available at the buffet. Everything was fresh, and delicious. i really enjoyed the selection.

The hotel's location provided easy access to many main tourist sites. the complimentary ferry rides were extra convenient. They saved me time and money. the hotel offered a great base for discovering the area.

the staff was genuinely kind , they made sure i had everything i needed. the riverside location allowed easy access to boat tours and provided convenient shuttle service. several restaurant options were available for meals and quick snacks , this added to the overall convenience .
during my check-in, i was asked to pay a security deposit , something i found unusual. using a debit card meant a long wait for the refund , this situation was not ideal.
