This hotel has a perfect location. Staff seems awesome. I especially liked the bar man at the pool. He done something special for my birthday. The breakfast buffet includes food for anyone. There is a shopping center behind the hotel. It features some great stores and a bookstore.
Internet connection was very slow. The room seems to be barely in range of the wifi router.

the location was acceptable, as it was near various restaurants.
The room smelled of mold upon arrival. I suspect there was condensation. the hotel design felt dated. It was not what i expected for a hotel of this price range. i was like i was in a four-star hotel, though i paid for five stars.

The hotel faces a lively mall, accessible by a short walk. The room included two separate sinks in the bathroom, VERY convenient for couples. The breakfast buffet featured numerous choices, from local dishes to international favorites, such as fresh pastries. It was easy to find something I enjoyed.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly . My room was cleaned and tidied up two times each day. The hotel's location is very nice. It gives direct access to shopping, dining, and nearby attractions. The Pavilion Mall is located directly across the street from the hotel.
Check-in was slow and inefficient. It reminded me of a very long process. It took a while to get to my floor. The hotel provided two complimentary water bottles. There were no filtered water taps.

i found the hotel ideally located for shopping and access to public transport. the staff were helpful and friendly. the breakfast buffet featured food choices from around the world. there is a shopping center just behind the hotel, with great stores and a bookstore.
the tv in my room wasn't working at all. i couldn't connect to netflix, prime, or hdmi. technicians spent thirty minutes trying to fix it, but they only had partial success.
