the staff offered excellent service. sharik at the door provided great local knowledge. he always welcomed us with a smile.
The check-in experience was unfriendly, and the woman was rude. i was surprised to find out the entire hotel was non-smoking. This meant there wasn't a balcony or lounge for smoking. i also wasn't informed about the extra deposit needed.

the king size bed provided excellent comfort and the two bedrooms suited family stays. the apartment had useful amenities and a wide selection of both western and asian cuisine was available for breakfast. i will return (i really will).
the front desk had a bit of inflexibility regarding a slightly later checkout time, and i had to request it more than once.

The location offered easy access to many attractions. Pavilion Mall was directly across from the hotel, so I visited often. The supermarket on level one of Pavilion Mall was helpful for getting snacks. The buffet breakfast had many choices including vegan options.
I requested a late check-out, but the hotel could only extend it to 1 PM, it was not very flexible.

The gym provided a good workout area with several machines available. It had three treadmills. The pool area featured ample seating. There are twenty loungers and a shaded area for relaxation by the water.

Excellent Stay near Pavilion!

The pool was clean and measured 1.2m. i found the room spacious. It was a one-bedroom layout. i liked its closeness to pavilion mall, a quick walk across the street. also, car access was convenient, using the back road avoided bukit bintang traffic.
the check-in process took almost an hour. i was offered different accommodations because the booked room wasn't ready. it was due to a strong smell left by a previous guest. i found that insensitive.

the hotel is conveniently positioned opposite the pavilion shopping center, offering immediate access to a wide range of retail outlets. klcc park is also within reasonable walking distance, it allows for easy access to green spaces.
