the gym has extensive facilities. i noted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the breakfast selection offered diverse options. the fresh fruit station was particularly good. the location is excellent with direct access to the klcc park.
the bathroom size felt slightly compact.

The hotel restaurant provided a diverse food offering. The chefs WERE accommodating. The gym had modern equipment. The location was great.
The room cleaning service needed improvement. I asked repeatedly to vacuum the room, but it was not vacuumed. I requested a bedsheet change, but it was not changed. Coffee and a baby chair were slow to arrive at breakfast.

ideal location jogging track
i found the location ideal. it was situated next to the convention center, with access to my meetings. the proximity to the klcc park allowed exercising around the jogging track (i really enjoyed this).

i am very impressed with the service at this hotel. the staff was warm and helpful from arrival. the location is superb, right next to the mall. i enjoyed exploring the city with such easy access.
the breakfast structure was very messy with stations spread out.
