Inconsistent stay. Some issues noted

slow service
I found the service slow at times. one morning, i waited nearly 30 minutes for coffee at breakfast, and no one seemed to notice. This wasn't mentioned when i booked. the noise started early, disrupting sleep even on a high floor.

The gym included machines and free weights. It seemed well equipped. the breakfast buffet had a wide range of local and international cuisine. I found it a great opportunity to sample different foods.
The pool was smaller than i expected. It felt underwhelming for a hotel of this kind. there was also a lack of seating in the lobby. I did not find a relaxation area upon entering.

the STAFF were friendly and attempted to be helpful, which i acknowledge.
The POOL area seemed rather underwhelming. the club lounge also disappointed. It offered very little VALUE. the internet speed was unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. Speeds reached only 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload. i EXPECTED better.

the location is very central. the staff were very cute. i found the beds comfortable too.
i ordered room service, but no one answered the phone many times. the pizza did not arrive despite my attempts to contact them. it was over an hour before the food arrived!!!
