I stayed for four nights. The room had Dyptique toiletries. It was AMAZING!!! The reception area was high standard. The location worked out very well. It was minutes from Bukit Bintang.
The breakfast options seemed limited. Some bath towels were frayed. The carpet in the room needed cleaning.

The location is good. Pavilion mall is quite close.
the air conditioning was not good. the rooms never cooled properly, especially at night. the temperature could not be set below 18, (which wasn't ideal).

professional staff immaculate room soft pillow pleasant surprise
I found the staff to be very professional and helpful. My room was immaculate and included two different textures of pillows. I chose the softer pillow, and my husband found both to be comfortable. The hotel decorated our room to celebrate our anniversary, a pleasant surprise. I mentioned it at check-in (it made our day!).
The pool was somewhat cold for swimming.
