I found the staff to be very professional and helpful. My room was immaculate and included two different textures of pillows. I chose the softer pillow, and my husband found both to be comfortable. The hotel decorated our room to celebrate our anniversary, a pleasant surprise. I mentioned it at check-in (it made our day!).
