efficient receptioninformative staffairport pickup
The company recommended for airport pickup worked very well. the boat dock reception managed all our information efficiently. the boat staff were very informative. That was appreciated.
The gym felt small given the number of people. It was often full.

fruit selectionlimited service
The room service was spotty. I requested extra towels one evening and they never arrived. the 'unlimited' water shuttle service seemed to have its limits, as i waited nearly 45 minutes once, and it definitely cut into my plans. the breakfast buffet could use some work, it was pretty bland, and the fruit selection was questionable.

The staff was AMAZING!!! Everyone was very friendly and eager to assist. The gardens are well maintained. Praise to the groundskeepers. The breakfast buffet had a GOOD selection of dishes.
The beach water was murky. Not ideal for swimming. The sunbeds are usually gone very early. I noticed stains on some bedding and towels, sadly.
