this stay was disappointing especially since i paid a lot THE front desk staff were rude and unaccommodating i asked for a late checkout and was told an extra hour would cost half a day's rate i have never experienced that before guests were not allowed on the hotel unless they paid i overheard the staff speaking rudely about me in thai when i left the reception i was unaware my friend is fluent in thai there was no on-site parking

The grounds featured exquisite decorations. i found intricate thai designs and statues at every turn. the three swimming pools flowed beautifully. they mixed greenery with statues. Giant pots, and waterfalls. it reminded me of an arabian/thai and egyptian blend.

the room door was unlocked by the housekeeper, it. however, the staff addressed my concerns promptly.

My room was spacious, and it had a giant bed. The staff members were very friendly and helpful . I thought the hotel decoration was very special, a romantic sight.

The bathroom was too small for me. There was no bar lounge. The lounge area was the smoking area. walkways are mostly open, so I got wet moving from one area to another (I visited during the rainy season).

I particularly remember Boy , he anticipated all needs before I even knew what I wanted. The hotel decorations are fine and the lighting at night created such a romantic atmosphere. I enjoyed the swim-up room. It was larger than expected and had direct pool access.

The hotel room felt a little outdated , and the shower space was small.

The breakfast had many choices , including eggs , cheese , ham , yogurt , and pastries. There was also Chinese steamed dumplings and a selection of juices. It was served in a lovely restaurant. A tuk-tuk shuttle regularly goes to the beach , which is very convenient.

The staff members were polite , friendly , and always smiling. They went the extra mile to ensure a comfortable experience. The staff were attentive. They offered help with any requests I had . The cleaning service was excellent.

Everything I needed was within a short walk , like restaurants , money exchange , and night markets. Massage shops and bars were also close by . It was easy to explore and find things. The hotel provided transport to the beach.

returning for a second visit, i found the staff still lovely. they remembered me from the previous year, a pleasant surprise. the hotel maintains a beautiful setting near the beach. the wood fire pizzas were really good when i ordered room service.

i noticed the breakfast buffet was fairly consistent each day. while the omelettes were lovely, after a few days, it felt very repetitive.
