varied breakfast manicured grounds tidy pool
I loved the breakfast. it offered many choices. the garden areas were well looked after. the pool area was clean. it had plenty of sunloungers.
the check-in was rushed! and erratic.

This place IS AMAZING! The beachfront location offers SEVERAL pools, including one for adults only. I appreciated the QUIET atmosphere and the lack of loud music. The food was lovely, especially breakfast with its many choices.
The check-in process took a long time. It was AWFUL! I had to wait for a bellboy to become available. I saw people reserving sunbeds with towels very early and then disappearing for hours. Maybe the hotel could monitor sunbed usage better. It would be great

Relaxing stay with excellent service
multiple pools smart tvs dinner voucher
I appreciated the resort's multiple pools and dedicated areas. the rooms included two smart tvs, a definite plus. issues with the air conditioner were addressed swiftly. The hotel offered a dinner voucher as compensation. the breakfast buffet provided a great start to each day.
the beach near the hotel fence had some litter, it detracted slightly from the otherwise pristine setting.

The staff welcomed me warmly and remained helpful throughout my visit. They responded quickly to requests. salisa and jennetta demonstrated attentiveness, ensuring needs were met. the team provided amazing service.

the room was wide and clean, this added to my comfort. a welcome early check-in with a room upgrade improved the overall experience. the room design was lovely and functional, it enhanced my stay.

The adult pool proved very useful as the resort was fairly busy with families. the breakfast area offered live music. the hotel provides many activities. I was never bored .

the breakfast buffet provided an excellent start to the day with many options. the restaurant catered well to specific dietary needs, accommodating gluten-free requests. the breakfast view of the beach was especially nice
