The soundproofing was virtually nonexistent. I heard everything. kids screaming! people walking! mechanical noises! the wooden floors creaked. it was like living in a haunted house. the shower had fluctuating water pressure making it hard to even shower? the light even went on and off. i found that annoying!

The breakfast selection lacked variety compared to other hotels i have visited. i found that quite disappointing! getting pool towels was also a hassle. it felt disorganized, and it took TOO long to get fresh ones, the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

the hotel is near a 7-eleven and some restaurants getting around the island is easy with grab or bolt you can also find massage shops nearby offering services like thai massage at reasonable prices

the room had universal plugs it was well-appointed with a large circular bath the comfortable bed and air conditioning worked well a fridge held a selection of items however prices were higher than at the local 7-eleven

The staff demonstrated really good care. I appreciated Baw's attentiveness at the pool. The 'Level' upgrade was worth it with snacks and complimentary drinks. Breakfast offered a wide range of food, so I found plenty of options.
