king-size bed rainfall shower huge pool
i had a blast at this resort i stayed in the beautiful king room. the room had a very comfy king-size bed i loved. a rainfall shower added a special touch to the bathroom it felt so refreshing after a day at the beach. there was also a huge pool right by the beach perfect for swimming while enjoying an amazing view
the air conditioning in my room made a slightly loud noise at times

lackluster service mars the potential

unexplained disturbance slow service
the pools were alright and offered a bit of respite from the heat.
Someone decided to aggressively ring my doorbell at 3 a.m. and mumble about air conditioning, a detail never explained by anyone. i asked repeatedly for coffee at breakfast. It sometimes never came. i waited an hour for a chicken poke bowl. It arrived without teriyaki sauce.

inconsistent air conditioning leftover sushi
I must admit, my stay had a few hiccups. The air conditioning in the room struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. It was either too hot or FREEZING. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing improved, and they didn't offer a room change. the breakfast buffet, while varied, wasn't amazing. The sushi was like leftovers from the morning.
