excellent stay with great service

i enjoyed the clean spacious room it had a king bed and a selection of pillows. the restaurants offered variety with attentive service.
i observed staff being unresponsive and slow it took three attempts to get a chromecast. i was told i could have it the night before leaving. there was no real urgency after asking for things

the hotel has a private beach and the environment was amazing. the ocean tide schedule provided was very helpful to plan our day. the shuttle service to the town was excellent it saved a steep walk.

Lovely Hotel with Great Beach Access

The hotel provided a free shuttle to the nearby harbor town. This offered many dining choices. The private beach was easily accessible via a funicular. This was a favorite for the kids. Our room faced the coast. We enjoyed sunsets every evening. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Their service was really good.
The pool area showed some wear. I noticed some green slime along the tile edges.
