malfunctioning steam roomunenforced pool rules
The steam room was non-functional . I also observed children with balls in the pool, and some guests were taking photographs. Pool rules should be more enforced. I found this disruptive. The thermostat in my room did not seem to have an effect. The room remained quite cold.

The grounds impressed me greatly with a vast expanse of greenery. The staff throughout my stay were friendly (especially at reception). I found the room very clean, quiet, and comfortable.
The bar area seemed a bit TOO brightly lit.

The hotel has large parking areas surrounded by a lot of green spaces. The grounds are well maintained and contribute to a peaceful setting. It is easy to drive to nearby cities.

The hotel features a spa and pool area. The lobby has large public areas with comfortable seating. I noticed ongoing work on a new hot tub in the spa area, a nice addition.

The breakfast was excellent. It had a wide variety of options.
I found the outdoor areas inadequately illuminated. The lane to the hotel was particularly dark and lacked lighting, so it was easy to miss the turning. Both the car park and walkways suffered from the same issue. There were no lights on, which I consider unacceptable and potentially dangerous.
