the room was spacious and clean. the pool area was lovely, i liked the fresh temperature of the water. i also used the jacuzzi and sauna, they were both very excellent! the staff were friendly and helpful.
The key card didn't work initially. I needed to go to reception twice to get it sorted, it was a bit of an inconvenience.

A bus stop is directly outside the hotel. It provides frequent access to the city centre. this made it easy to get around and explore the local area without needing a car. parking spaces are available too.

The room included a big comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. i found the room to be a nice size and appreciated the japaneese shower in the large cubicle, it felt luxurious. I loved the separate bathtub.

the room included sky tv i found it very useful the staff responded quickly when i had trouble with the tv it took less than two minutes. the staff were friendly and helpful i appreciated that.
the sauna had a strange smell similar to wet dog i didn't know why

I enjoyed the spa facilities. The massage was fabulous. We also used the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. The conservatory was great. I found the lunch in the chill-out room amazing, it had really delicious options. The room was clean and it had plenty of space. I found the beds very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all questions.
the place felt dated, a bit shabby. the furniture had a worn appearance. i noticed vinyl arm chair in my room with a worn patch on the seat.

The staff kept the morning flowing really well. They were very pleasant and helpful. Shaun arranged for us to have our own area in the bar to start hen party games. i appreciated their attention to detail.
