a wonderful escape!!!
helpful staff clean swimming pool
the staff were helpful and kind. the swimming pool was amazing and clean!!! my kids adored it. the pool ensured our family had a relaxing and nice time.
i noticed some areas of the hotel felt a little dated. some refurbishment could enhance the overall experience and give it a fresher feel.

the standard family room was spacious with comfortable beds for everyone. ample plug sockets throughout the room made charging devices easy. the room offered plenty of space for a family.

the hotel boasts excellent leisure facilities including a very large indoor pool. an outdoor pool is also available. the bistro and restaurant served very good and fresh food.

My room was large and overlooked the front garden. Breakfast was excellent with many choices available!
The entertainment was held in another building. I found that inconvenient because the complex has four hotels on a very large site.

The breakfast buffet had generous offerings. Chef Nick prepared a vegetarian dish with roast potato and gravy (it was really tasty).
I noticed a slight lack of maintenance throughout the complex.
