Guests frequently praise the hotel's stylish appearance and excellent breakfast options. The convenient location near transport links and just an 8-minute walk from Brussels Midi/Zuid station is also a highlight for many, making it easy to explore the city and other European destinations. Rooms are often described as spacious with electronic blinds that effectively block light, and some offer amazing city views. While some guests have noted the bathroom lighting could be improved, the free minibar drinks and Nespresso coffee maker are consistently appreciated as lovely extras.

the room was spacious.
i was disappointed by the staff. every morning, i had to convince them that decaf coffee existed. the breakfast was average. the bathroom opens directly onto the bedroom, so privacy was nonexistent, and the light bothered my sleep partner.
