breakfast buffet helpful staff
the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! it had champagne and fresh orange juice. the staff was always very helpful. rooms were clean.
the hotel is a little tricky to find when entering from the parking area.

limited menu broken machines
the room service menu seemed quite limited it lacked variety i expected more options for a hotel of this calibre the gym felt a bit cramped too several machines were out of order this was a real letdown as i like to keep up with my fitness routine even when away from home it would be great to see these issues addressed

quick access shower cabin fresh fruit
The hotel location offered quick access to key sites (it was so easy to explore!). My room featured a separate bathtub and shower cabin. Breakfast included fresh fruit options and waffles (I ate them every morning).
The parking fee was a bit expensive.
