The staff were friendly (which is always appreciated).

I found it impossible to get hot water in the shower in the morning. My attempt to shower ended up being freezing cold, I had a cold water shave as a result.

The Sunday lunch at the restaurant was a highlight (I especially enjoyed the roast beef). It came perfectly cooked and pink. The chef, Kim, delivered a very good experience with an excellent selection of vegetables and cauliflower cheese. I found the service really good throughout my meal.

The water pressure in the sink and bath was not strong enough for running a bath quickly.

Staff proved friendly. Breakfast offered a good selection. Maintenance staff addressed my issue swiftly. The breakfast was great. There was plenty choice and also some healthy food. Service was attentive in the dining area. Parking spaces were ample.

There were no plug sockets close to the bed, I needed an extension lead.

The bedroom was very cold and I struggled to get warm . The breakfast food was cold and tasted overcooked (everything was left uncovered). I also had to pay extra to get early access to my room, which I found quite frustrating.
