welcome drinkmodern systemseasy accesspanoramic views
the check-in included a welcome drink. my room had modern electronic systems that staff explained thoroughly. the location allowed easy access to local restaurants (i found a great spot for seafood). the rooftop bar presented panoramic city views.
i found the light switches a bit difficult to master at first. it took some time to figure out the different settings in the dark.

the room featured elegant colors and stylish furniture. the bathroom included a modern design and a fantastic shower. the overall cleanliness was perfect (i appreciated this a lot!).

the staff was knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. they offered really good service, going above and beyond to assist. i felt genuinely welcomed from arrival through departure (it was nice to feel so cared for).

The room had all the nice and luxurious facilities. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved the perfect size room.
The light switches were difficult to work out in the dark. I found the toilets and showers to have no privacy making them awkward to use. There were no hooks for towels and I consider this a major inconvenience.

efficient staffhelpful staff
the staff showed me all the features of the room. they also demonstrated how to use the electronic systems. nothing was too much trouble for them , as the staff were helpful and efficient. i was told where the best local restaurant was. it was indeed a great recommendation for my first night.
my room was on the smaller side , and i noticed a slight lack of privacy with the glass-walled shower and somewhat transparent toilet area.
