My arrival was smooth, greeted by friendly staff. The location is excellent, just a short walk to many attractions. I found the breakfast to be excellent each morning. The chocolate granola was especially good. The hotel should consider selling it.

The hotel frontage is very subtle. It was easy to miss it a few times.

My spacious suite included excellent facilities. The hand soap had a lovely smell. This scent was noticeable whenever you entered the hotel or the room. It created a cute atmosphere.

The staff provided excellent suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. the hotel had a calming atmosphere. I hardly noticed i was in the city center. the breakfast offered a diverse selection each morning (i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries).

The bathroom felt quite small, especially given the size of the room. the kitchen's equipment was limited. I struggled to prepare simple meals. the pool was also smaller than expected, and it became crowded with only a few guests.

the hotel had a good location next to the metro. the airport was easily accessible and only costed 5.10 euros for two people. the staff were all very friendly and helpful, i felt this was a credit to the hotel.

our duplex room was big, but its bathroom was tiny. the kitchen was poorly equipped and the spiral staircase were a nightmare. there was also no draw space in the bedroom.
