i found the staff very helpful with all my queries. breakfast options offered many choices that were also good. the roof terrace bar has a view over the city. this terrace proved amazing with great service and diverse drink choices.
the rooms felt a bit dated with noticeable stains on the carpet. it seems suited for short corporate stays.

Really good Stay, A Romantic Getaway

The rooftop terrace offered a complete cityscape view. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet had a generous selection with reasonable prices. The metro station to the city center and airport was only a short walk away I found it easy to explore.
The gym equipment was somewhat basic. However I was very satisfied with the hotel's services

wet clothescallous apology
The air conditioning leaked one night. Water dripped right onto my suitcase! all my clothes got wet and smelled bad after. the management just apologized, a pretty callous response, i must say. also, the hotel charged my card an extra amount after my departure. Still waiting for that reimbursement.

I liked that the rooftop bar offered city views. the valet parking was convenient. I got my car back quickly. breakfast was excellent with nice staff. the room was always clean. I appreciate the amenities provided.
The location it was a bit far from the city center. Walking took some time.

The staff was very helpful and kind to my children. They gave them coloring and talked to them. receptionists gave good information about the city. the staff provided a welcome drink of port in the roof bar.

The room had two small pods of milk, one regular teabag, one chamomile teabag and coffee sachets. there were robes and slippers in the room. the room included all amenities you would expect. Very comfortable and very clean.
