A solid experience

friendly staff reception drink car access extra distance

The staff seemed so friendly and helpful. The location has direct access to the vibrant Flowers Street. The reception area offered a welcome drink. Sofia helped us with check-in and was efficient.

The hotel has no car access. You must walk a high hill. The rooms are in a separate building. It takes two elevators and extra ten minutes between the room and the entrance.

the SPA, sauna and both swimming pools were a treat. i thought the room was ideal with a great view. THE staff looked after us SO well , and i couldn't have asked for more.

the breakfast had a wide selection , with both buffet and a la carte options. the staff were courteous and friendly.

the car cannot reach the hotel , requiring a walk uphill. the entrance and rooms are in separate buildings , so two elevators are necessary to reach my room.

nice birthday stay

central location peaceful atmosphere indoor pool

i stayed for two nights i found the location ideal it was close to many attractions. the hotel offered a peaceful atmosphere despite its central location. i particularly enjoyed the indoor pool it was larger than expected. i found it mostly empty s due to the boutique size of the hotel.

i noticed that taxis could not always drop guests directly outside the hotel because the hotel is on a pedestrianized street a short walk up a steep hill if you have luggage or mobility issues contacting the hotel to arrange transport might be beneficial

The hotel's location is central. I found the architecture to be fine with carefully restored features. I was greeted with a welcome drink of port wine. The hotel spa offers a heated indoor pool perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Taxis cannot drop guests right outside the hotel. It is on a pedestrianized street. A short walk, though up a steep hill, is necessary. Contacting the hotel to arrange transport directly to the door might be advisable.

elevator challenge luggage trek

the staff was attentive. i guess that's what you pay for.

the elevators! seriously, two elevators to get to my room? it seemed like some sort of escape room challenge, but not in a fun way. also, the trek from the entrance with luggage wasn't exactly a walk in the park. twice.
