I enjoyed the complimentary port wine upon arrival. breakfast was delicious and plentiful. the pool was excellent. I appreciated free parking .
i noticed a cash point machine. its presence felt a bit out of place, not really contributing to the decor.

I found several issues . the breakfast service was very slow. It was difficult to get anyone to bring coffee. a coffee machine was available, but the coffee it made was below average in quality. also, it wasn't clear in the description that our room was in a separate building from the main palace. it was disappointing.

mixed experience at this hotel

the grounds were nicely groomed and the staff was cute i did get a free upgrade.
the air conditioner barely worked in may i do not know how people survive in summer the water pressure in the shower was terrible and the rooms are dark.
