i found the location convenient. it was on a side street away from the busy area. the train station and gornergrat railway were very close. the staff were friendly. they answered all my questions.
i experienced some issues. the heater in the bathroom wasn't working. the tile floor felt ice cold at night. it was a little disruptive.

cold bathroomunrenovated room
the bathroom heater did not work the entire time i stayed here i had to keep the door open so the bathroom wouldn't be so cold stepping onto the tile floor at night was awful employees looked at it a few times they couldn't fix it i'm not sure why this wasn't resolved i was also disappointed the room wasn't renovated
