adequacy issues
small bathroom hairdryer issue
The room was not ideal. The bathroom was quite small. There was VERY limited space for personal items. The hairdryer only had some settings FUNCTIONING, and this made it difficult to dry my hair efficiently. I expected more from the room given the price.

excellent stay!
wide range strong service helpful station
the breakfast offered a wide range of yoghurts, cheeses, meats, and fruit. customer service was strong, i appreciated that. the wellness area included extras like a foot station, very helpful after hiking.
the hotel was quite warm, but i was able to adjust the radiator and open the balcony door.

The room included a matterhorn view. It was spacious and clean. a kettle was available, allowing me to make coffee. the shower offered consistently hot water at all times.

the spa area was available to all guests, a definite plus. a sauna provided relaxation after a day of activities. i found the in-house laundry option particularly convenient and useful.

the breakfast had scrambled eggs and many options. it included do-it-yourself stations for pancakes and waffles. the breakfast buffet was stocked with yoghurts and cheeses.

the staff was kind and cute. they answered all my questions, which helped a lot. the hotel provided pick-up and drop-off services.

free shuttle excellent staff
the hotel included a free shuttle service and pre check-in. Breakfast was really great , also the staff was excellent.
the bathroom was a little basic , with not much space for personal items.
