i loved the nice staff, they always smiled and greeted me! the facilities impressed me, particularly the spa area with its many options for relaxation. the matterhorn view was indeed perfect. i enjoyed the high quality food with many little details.
i paid a slightly higher room rate , but no room upgrade was offered.

the spa provides several zones both outdoors and indoors , which ensures a relaxing time. i saw a modern gym equipped with five treadmills and four stationary bikes. the outdoor relaxation area offers fine views, i noticed.

the room featured a well stocked mini bar with a variety of beverages and snacks. there were two separate sinks in the bathroom. a rainfall shower, very convenient. the design included stylish elements and high standard materials.
