the staff was very friendly, and the location was ideal for accessing the aiguille du midi cable car station. i also appreciated the easy walk to the town center. they provided complimentary crepes and other sweets, including muffins, hot apple cider, and hot red wine. the spa included two steam rooms, a sauna, an ice room, a swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
the rooms weren't ready until after 4:00 pm. i found this a bit inconvenient, especially after traveling all day. this delay meant i couldn't settle in and relax as quickly as i had hoped.

I thought the staff was very friendly at reception, especially with parking. It was available before check-in and after check-out. breakfast offered a great choice of options. the spa facilities were excellent after a day exploring the town. the location was great to access the town itself.

perfect spot close to everything

quiet roomsfree watercable car
the family room with bunk beds offered great space and design i found the rooms very quiet, which guaranteed good sleep for everyone in my family! the hotel also provides free sparkling water and coffee throughout, a nice touch. the hotel's location next to the cable car made mountain access easy.
The lighting in the room was quite dim, and i would have liked a bit more storage space for my clothes. This was a slight inconvenience .
