the location was very convenient, directly across from the bus station. this minimized travel when i left in the rain. the staff were very friendly and helpful . the room size was good, and it was very clean. a high-quality dyson fan helped cool the room during the day..
i found the outdoor swimming pool was not sufficiently heated. this made it too uncomfortable for use at the end of the day. even the hot tub lacked warmth.

I enjoyed the location. A short, pleasant walk took me into the town center. The spa offered a relaxing escape after a day outdoors. The restaurant was excellent, I savored every meal. The room i had felt spacious.
the pool area sometimes played club music until late. This made relaxing difficult, especially since the rooms overlooking the pool picked up the noise. i REALLY needed quiet after hikes.

My room included a balcony. It presented fine views of the mountain range. It had two separate sinks. This made getting ready in the morning very convenient. The rainfall shower was also a nice touch.

Breakfast included a great variety of options. It was plentiful and yummy. It gave me the energy i needed before heading out each day. Dinner was also delicious, i LOVED every dish.

the staff at the bar was slow, it took ages to get served! i noticed there weren't many customers, so i'm not sure what the hold up was. breakfast wasn't great, the service was lacking and things kept running out. the scrambled eggs were not good, i was really disappointed. the rooms weren't worth the price.

the foyer is nice. the breakfast buffet is lovely. it had a view of the mountain. the staff are so dog friendly, and they let me bring him to the restaurant, that was a very good thing.
my room had no cooling. opening the door onto the small balcony meant noise all night.

the hotel is in a good location, close to the Aiquille du Midi gondola. the town center is in short walk distance. i used a public parking lot across the street.

the staff is friendly. reception is always staffed and ready to help. eva at the front desk went out of her way. mr nicolo from the reception gave me the information i needed.

the spa is awesome, the pool and sauna are great. the pool area always has loungers. the bar and restaurant are beautiful. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes.
