the pool, sauna, and steam room were a great way to relax in the evenings. i appreciated the cleanliness of the bedrooms (everything felt very fresh). the balcony provided a good view. i thought the breakfast selection was also very good, with many options to choose from.
i did notice the staff sometimes gave conflicting information, especially regarding small items like power adapters. it created a bit of confusion.

Acceptable stay, some issues noticed

weak coffeelimited ventilation
I found a few aspects disappointing. The coffee machine produced weak coffee. The absence of complimentary water bottles in the room was unexpected. The gym, although well-equipped, lacked adequate ventilation, made workouts uncomfortable (especially during peak hours). I also noticed the limited selection of English-language channels on the television. I would have liked more options to relax in my room.

The family room was designed well and fully equipped. It was spotlessly clean. A lovely terrace added charm. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The food was delicious. The breakfast room had a good atmosphere.
The overhead shower was missing in the bathroom. Only a handshower was provided. I missed the option of an overhead shower.
