I stayed in a classic double room. The room was very clean. Breakfast included salmon and fresh juices.
The staff was not very cute. I couldn't use the spa on my check-out day.

train station convenient station impersonal service unsatisfactory service
the location was near the train station. the breakfast included many options.
The service felt impersonal. i asked for a late checkout. The staff denied my request. it reminded me of they prioritized rules over guest satisfaction.

an adequate experience
convenient location friendly staff stuffy room inconvenient mechanism
the location was good as it was near town and bus stops. the front desk people were nice and friendly too. breakfast included variety and this was appreciated.
the hotel room did not had individually controlled heating and this made it get a tad stuffy. i had to open the window by an interesting mechanism and had to confirm about it with the staff. i consider this very inconvenient.
