lovely stay in a quiet room
comfortable bedspa robes
I was pleased with my room. It was quiet and well designed. the bed was comfortable, a real plus for a restful night. the staff was helpful and went the extra mile to meet my needs. robes and slippers were available for use in the spa. This was a nice touch.

Really good Staff and Thoughtful Touches

The reception team booked me in quickly, and they set up the WiFi. The room was clean and very well appointed.. it included excellent coffee and tea facilities. I especially liked the innovative idea of fresh milk on each floor, which helps reduce plastics. I also loved the big mugs for tea and coffee, as well as takeaway cups for my journey.

The second you walk in, you notice the cleanliness of the place. The rooms offer great comfort. The beds are so soft! We dined in the restaurant. The food was delicious and staff were friendly.
The rooms seem slightly dated, and there is a charge for parking, which I found surprising.

The staff was helpful. They responded promptly to requests. The breakfast table service was good. The functional studio allowed for yoga and stretching with a foam roller.
The log burner fire was NOT lit. The lobby felt very cold. The tvs in the rooms need updating to smart tvs. Limited access to satellite TV felt dated and disappointing.

I attended my daughter's wedding. The room was amazing! and nothing was too much trouble. Alex managed us throughout the day and night. She did a fantastic job. Food in the bar the night before was hot. The breakfast buffet and wedding food day and night were plentiful and tasty.
The hotel staff seemed unhelpful. They also was unapproachable. I felt disappointed in the lack of service and helpfulness in a difficult situation.

Our waitress Kate provided exemplary service. She was polite. I found our waiter Jake friendly and efficient. Skye in reception was very professional and helpful. The team was great, especially as it was an busy time. The staff were awesome.
