kind staff member leisure facilities big gym tiny room poor quality hot selection
every staff member was amazing! they were kind and helpful. this. i loved that we could use the leisure facilities even after checkout. the gym is super super super big and has punching bags!!!
the room was tiny tiny. i also found the breakfast pricey and of poor quality. some of the hot selection had run out and not been replenished, annoying.

the gym is super big with boxing bags. breakfast had limited options, but it tasted good. i appreciated the large parking area, it made arrival simple.
the room was a bit small and moving around the bed felt cramped, i didn't have much space.

lovely and accessible

warm welcome leisure facilities
the staff gave a warm welcome at reception, giving all needed information. a courtesy call occurred after settling in, checking if everything was satisfactory. access to leisure facilities was included in my room rate. getting to the metro for transport was easy.
the bar closed the till early. i could only charge to my room and they would not take my money. i went to bed early even though the bar remained open.
