The reception area created a lovely first impression. the location was central, very convenient for exploring. my room, facing the gardens, provided a calm view. I found this relaxing after a day of activities.
the bed felt slightly too firm for my preference.

The sink drained very slowly. It was a bit annoying when trying to get ready. the television remote didn't work. I had to manually turn the TV on and off. The breakfast service seemed disorganized. Staff struggled to manage the flow of guests. This created a bit of a chaotic atmosphere during the morning rush. my stay was acceptable, though these issues impacted my overall experience negatively.

location good, other things... not so much

empty minibarchampagne bar
the location was decent, i will give it that. however, some things were a letdown. the mini bar was supposed to be free, yet it was empty. i asked for water and was told i'd have to pay. later, i found out others got it free. the champagne bar didn't sell champagne. i needed an iron but only the next room had it. it was quite the search for basic stuff, i tell you.

The spa was quite disappointing. i heard some bad reviews beforehand, those were confirmed. the pool area looked rundown. The ceiling was moldy, and there was some grime everywhere.
