the staff were very good, AND they did meet our every need. Jo, the beating HEART of the hotel, were great too make our evening very enjoyable. Maisie WAS very attentive and had a very personable personality.

the hotel was advertised as a spa, once booked we got an automated message THAT it was recently closed and wouldn't be open. Breakfast was a let down, scrambled eggs WERE very firm and the sausages were overcooked. We went for breakfast about 15 mins after it started.

The breakfast was a buffet with many choices! It was well-presented and in a lovely environment. The staff was helpful and cute. The location and rooms were quiet and conducive to a good night's rest.

The hot tap in the bathroom was immediately scalding and I had a problem even getting the shower cool enough to use.

the staff had positive energy, and i found them super friendly. maisie provided great bar service. jo was fantastic in the restaurant. the comfy bed ensured a good night's sleep.

i noticed the hot tap in the bathroom was immediately scalding.

The pool and sauna were unexpectedly out of service, a DISAPPOINTMENT. There was no compensation offered for this inconvenience. It would have been nice to receive a complimentary breakfast or some other form of acknowledgement.

the hotel was easy to find. breakfast was good and included a gluten free table for toast and cereal. staff were very professional during a difficult time for the family. the evening dinner offered a variety of dishes for everyone.

on arrival, i found only two towels in the room. i had to go back down to reception later that night to ask for more. i only got two scraggy towels from under the desk with no apology, and i found this disappointing.

the hotel have a old tired room. it have lots of dust and marks in there. the bed it felt small to adult persons. i go to the pool and water facilities, but those were closed to public. the repairs to fix take long time.
