The location proved very convenient. It was easy to walk to nearby attractions. Breakfast offered a good selection of items.
The room showed signs of wear. Paint was peeling in places. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Bedding was not changed . I found the spa area quite crowded.

The room was practical with enough space. The staff was friendly and helpful . Breakfast had many options, including fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel's location is very central, close to shops and restaurants.
The gym requires a separate fee for entry, unexpected.

The rooms have clothes dryers in the bathrooms, VERY handy. Rooms include a sauna for private use. Rooms are spacious and offer enough space for luggage storage.

The spa has a pool area suitable for small children. A walkway connects one of the buildings to the spa and a burger restaurant. Waterworld access is included in the cost of the room.

The reception team arranged a change to a disabled room. Staff helped with getting a meal. The reception staff provided a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite after a flight cancellation.

the location was perfect. i could walk to all the shops and restaurants!!! breakfast had so many choices. the hotel had three restaurants and a burger king right there!!! i loved having access to the spa. the spa facilities were really good!!!
the cleanliness of the room could be improved slightly.

I traveled with family and booked two beautiful rooms on the third floor. the rooms were spacious and clean! breakfast each day was great with a wide selection and fast service. we enjoyed the pizza bar one evening. It had a relaxed atmosphere and delicious food.

the room cleaning was not thorough , and i noticed some areas were missed. The fire alarm flashed all night in the bedroom , which was distracting.
