Wonderful Stay with Fantastic Staff!

The staff was helpful and always available when I needed assistance. The sauna was a good amenity. The bed was so comfortable, I slept soundly. I received many good little 'extras', and I was greeted with a warm welcome and a delicious cookie.
The lack of hooks near the main door and in the bathroom was inconvenient. the toiletries in the shower were oddly high.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety. My room was clean, and I got a quiet room as requested. The swimming pool was clean. The changing rooms were well-kept. Parking was easy. I had no trouble finding a spot near the entrance.
The television in my room did not work as expected. The channel selection was limited.

I received many good little 'extras'. These small details made a big difference, and I would be happy to return. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was lovely and the room was spacious and very comfortable. The shower facilities were excellent too.
I noticed that the hotel is a bit far from the city center. A car is almost essential because of this location. It made getting around slightly inconvenient.

the staff was friendly! i arrived early for an event and the reception staff was attentive and helpful. the room had everything i needed and felt quite comfortable.
The breakfast area was not well-stocked. I needed to search for cups, plates, and cutlery. drinks were served in disposable cups, unusual after a large event.
