The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a nice shower. The hotel provides convenient parking.
The mattress provided little support for sleeping. I reported this to reception in the morning. The person only responded with 'oh'.. No apology was offered.

The breakfast offered a good buffet selection, including fresh fruit and pastries. I did not try other meals.. The bar was open, with beverages and snacks until late.

I have just returned from a short stay. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They made check-in quick. My room was huge, even though it was a standard room, and included a comfy bed and a decent shower. The bar area felt nice, and the food tasted very good.
My visit was satisfactory though the corridors show signs of needing a freshen up.

Parking spaces are plentiful to the front and rear of the hotel, and parking is free. A large bar area is available with drinks reasonably priced . It is accessible for evening relaxation.

Reception staff members were helpful, and restaurant staff members provided an excellent experience during meals. Bar staff ensured drinks were served quickly. Their service enhanced the overall experience. I found them always polite.

Breakfast featured proper bacon and sausage, all served hot, a nice improvement over typical buffet offerings. Evening meals offered good choices, and the meals I tried were well-cooked and presented. It was pretty good

Really good Service and Clean Comforts

The room was clean and quite functional. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the freshly cooked cheese and mushroom omelette. The staff were very attentive. They even called me quickly after checkout to let me know they had found my earrings. The easy check-in process added to my charmed experience.
The room felt smaller than I had anticipated for two people. More effective blackout curtains could certainly enhance the sleeping environment.

The hotel boasts free parking, a bonus in this area. a restaurant with reasonably priced meals. The building features a layout with angles and stairs that add a bit of character, it may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

The location was great for exploring warwick i found. the room size was generous and i could sleep well in the bed. housekeeping were helpful when they found my laptop. They contacted reception to call me. the staff was friendly, that was important.
the hotel interior is dated and it needs a refurbish. the room was hot and the air conditioning didn't work properly.
